National awards from Russia
Pursuant to the US Executive Order 14065 of February 21, 2022, and subsequent related directives, United States Persons are prohibited from providing any goods, services, or technology to the so-called Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) or Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) regions of Ukraine.
Considering that Russian officials started issuing licenses to amateur radio stations allegedly operating from the aforementioned territories, and contacts with these territories are becoming acceptable for certain awards issued by the Union of Radio Amateurs of Russia, namely Victory (Pobeda), Russia, and R-150-C, hamlog.online discontinues support of these awards effective May 1, 2024.
