The Bulgarian Federation of Radio Amateurs (BFRA) is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) with a special award program.
This initiative honors a century of global collaboration among amateur radio enthusiasts.
Participants can earn the commemorative award by meeting specific criteria outlined by the BFRA. A special event station with the callsign LZ100IARU will be on the air from April 1 to April 30.

The Romanian Amateur Radio Federation Celebrates IARU’s 100th Anniversary with a Special Award

In honor of the 100th anniversary of the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU), the Romanian Amateur Radio Federation is launching the “IARU - 100” Diploma!
From April 1 to April 30, 2025, work the special Romanian stations:
- YO100IARU
- YP100IARU
- YQ100IARU
- YR100IARU
Each QSO is worth 20 points per band and mode (CW, PH, DG).
Collect 100 points to earn your diploma and celebrate Romania’s 87-year legacy as a proud IARU member since 1938!

New on HAMLOG: The Awards search now includes maps

We have implemented maps in our award search. If you are a registered user and the system knows your QTH locator, you will be able to see a map with QSOs for a particular award.
Make sure to set your QTH locator in your HAMLOG profile and use it when uploading your ADIF files.
If you don’t know your QTH locator, you can automatically retrieve it from your current location right on HAMLOG (geolocation access is required in your browser).
UBA Celebrates IARU’s 100th Anniversary with a Special Award

The Royal Belgian Amateur Radio Union (UBA) has launched the UBA IARU 100 Award to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU). This special award is available to all licensed amateur radio operators who make Qs with special Belgian stations.

The award is valid from March 15 to May 15, 2025, and is issued in digital format. To earn the awards, participants must collect points with different stations contributing varying points toward the total. Contacts made on any band or mode are eligible.

Operators can check their progress and apply for the award via the HAMLOG.online. Don't miss this opportunity to celebrate a century of international amateur radio cooperation!
